Local antibody-driven response to anti-PD-1 blockade

Nature Cancer reports a mechanistic study on the contribution of a local, antibody-driven immune response to the effect of anti-PD-1 checkpoint blockade. The journal released the paper with the title only, without an abstract, so the experimental models, the size of the effect and the strength of the evidence cannot yet be stated. This is laboratory work on the mechanism of immunotherapy, not a clinical trial, and it does not change any treatment today.
